Good to know.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends in peak season. Contact us with your date and location and we will confirm availability.
Do you provide a site visit?
Yes. Our staff visits the site to plan the right environment for your event before anything is confirmed.
Can you install on uneven ground or where stakes are not allowed?
Often, yes. Floors level uneven terrain, and canopies and clear span structures can be held with ballast where stakes cannot be used.
Do you heat and cool the tents?
Yes. We set up tents year-round and heat, air condition and ventilate them to match the season. Most HVAC work requires a generator, and many municipalities require specific equipment.
What is the difference between a Clear Span and a Tidewater tent?
A Clear Span structure is a metal frame with no interior poles and track-in sidewalls. A Tidewater tent is a simpler tension (sailcloth) tent with rounded ends that is staked into the ground.
Do I need a permit?
Many municipalities have requirements for tents, flooring and HVAC. We review what applies to your location during planning.
How is the price estimated?
The instant quote gives a range based on guest count and add-ons. The final price is confirmed after the site visit.
